Step 1: Choose your soup base. It’s up to you if you like it mild or spicy. Four flavorful bases allow you to begin your bowl with Tonkotsu Shoyu, Shoyu Miso, Chicken Shoyu or Plain Shoyu. The Tonkotsu shoyu is made of pork bone broth. While Shoyu is equivalent to soy sauce.
Step 2: Choose your protein. Pork Chashu, Chicken Chashu, shrimp and crabmeat or vegetables and tofu round out the choices for your ramen bowl.
Step 3: Decide how you want to top off your bowl. Guests are able to select from an array of add-ons, including these standard fresh toppings: fish cake, soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoot, bean sprout, sweet corn or wood ear.
Oh, there is a Step 4: Enjoy your ramen bowl!
“Delicious ramen, not full of sodium, better than a lot of other local ramen shops … Environment is straightforward, if a little small, but it’s to be expected. Would come back again when I need a ramen fix.” Google review
